The season is officially over !

Its so weird sitting here righting this as it seems like the season has gone so fast , it only seems like yesterday when i was testing in spain with the team and it seemed ages away to get to here now but we are here and its been an awesome year,

Looking back on my year i am so happy with how everything went from the moment i signed with DB Honda at the end of last year they where totally committed to give me everything i needed in 2011 to win and me and the team worked our arse off to do that and it all payed off, all the training in freezing conditions with my trainer Steve Smith all the motos all the testing everything payed off and i am pumped.

Finishing 2nd in the Maxxis British Championship was awesome and winning the Red Bull Pro Nationals Championship was like a dream come true,

At the beginning of the year i set my self goals of finishing top 3 in the British Championship to win the Red Bull Pro Nationals Championship and to finish top 10 in a World championship race that i competed in and i achieved all of them,

But even now when i think back on everything there are still some bits that i wasn't totally happy with and one of those was to win a moto at the British championship i was so close a few time and was only 2 points of an overall at Foxhills but still i was happy and this just gives me even more motivation to work harder for next year ,

Going from what we achieved this year i will settle for nothing less than winning both championship in 2012 the Red Bull and Maxxis and i feel like i am capable of that , its going to take a lot of hard work and commitment from me and the team but i believe we all want it so bad we will do anything to make it happen.

As you can see i say we alot as i couldn't of done it without all the amazing people that help and support me throughout the year, There is alot of people who make all this happen who dont get enough credit for it and ive gotta say a massive thanks all of them first to Steve Payne at Muti-tek for giving me the best engine out there and for slaving all season to get more and more out of the bike he really did an amazing job , To Full Travel for my suspension which was great all year , Pulse Racing, Phillip form No Fear and no Fear Energy for putting me in the coolest looking kit out there to Science In Sport for hooking me up with the best products to give me the energy to last the races and to train harder , Pro skins for there awesome undergarments for faster recovery to Stolen Bmx for giving me a sick bmx to train on to DVS shoe company you guys have been awesome , to DB Honda’s Dave and Vicki and all the team sponsors to my Dad for being my mechanic and for putting up with me all year , to Steve Fry for letting me stay in his camper at races and cooking the best food in the pits and just generally being the bollox, to my trainer Steve Smith for punishing me all winter long to charlie duff for sorting my stuff out and to my Nan and Grandad for coming to watch me every weekend, and to all my fans i couldnt do it without all of you so thank you and roll on 2012
